Sporting Kansas City full Season schedule for 2026 MLS regular season

Major League Soccer has released Sporting Kansas City’s complete 34-match schedule for the 2026 regular season. The campaign begins on Saturday, Feb. 21, with the earliest regular-season match in club history as Sporting visits San Jose during MLS opening weekend. The season will conclude 37 weeks later on Decision Day, Saturday, Nov. 7, when SKC travels to California once again to face San Diego FC.

Sporting Kansas City’s 2026 slate includes two matchups with rivals St. Louis CITY SC — the first on Thursday, July 16, immediately following the league’s extended break for FIFA World Cup 26, and the second on Wednesday, Aug. 19 at home in a nationally televised showdown on FS1 and FOX Deportes. The 2026 season also marks the first time Sporting will face the reigning Supporters’ Shield winner (Philadelphia), U.S. Open Cup champion (Nashville), and Leagues Cup champion (Seattle) all in the same year.

Sporting’s 2026 home schedule features 17 MLS fixtures at Children’s Mercy Park, including 14 Saturday matches and three Wednesday contests (May 13 vs. LA Galaxy, July 22 vs. Minnesota United, and Aug. 19 vs. St. Louis). With two exceptions, all home matches will kick off at 7:30 p.m. CT. The nationally televised home games — May 2 against Seattle (1:30 p.m. on FOX and FOX Deportes) and Aug. 19 against St. Louis (7 p.m. on FS1 and FOX Deportes) — will feature adjusted start times.
