UEFA Euro 2028 Stadiums and Venues: Full List of Host Cities and Grounds

UEFA Euro 2028 will be staged across nine stadiums in eight cities in England, Wales, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland. The tournament runs from 9 June to 9 July 2028.The venues combine iconic national stadiums with modern club grounds, offering a unique multi-nation experience for fans.

Wembley Stadium (London)

Capacity: 90,000

The largest venue of the tournament. It will host eight matches, including both semi-finals and the final on 9 July 2028.


Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (London)

Capacity: 62,850

A modern multi-purpose stadium that will stage five matches, including group stage and Round of 16 fixtures.


Manchester City Stadium (Etihad Stadium, Manchester)

Capacity: 61,470

Five matches. England are scheduled to play their opening group game here if they qualify.


Everton Stadium (Hill Dickinson Stadium, Liverpool)

Capacity: 52,769

Everton’s new waterfront ground will host five matches, including group stage and knockout games.


St James’ Park (Newcastle)

Capacity: 52,264

Five matches, featuring group stage and Round of 16 action.


Villa Park (Birmingham)

Capacity: Approximately 50,000 (after planned renovations)

Four matches, including group stage and a Round of 16 tie.



UEFA Euro 2028 Scotland, Wales and Republic of Ireland Venues


National Stadium of Wales (Principality Stadium, Cardiff)

Capacity: 73,931

Six matches. It will host the opening match of Euro 2028 on 9 June 2028 (Group A). Wales will play all their group games here if they qualify.


Hampden Park (Glasgow)

Capacity: 51,866

Six matches. Scotland will play all three group games at Hampden if they qualify, plus a potential Round of 16 tie.


Dublin Arena (Aviva Stadium, Dublin)

Capacity: 51,711

Seven matches — the second-highest total after Wembley. The Republic of Ireland will play all their group games here if they qualify.These nine venues will stage a total of 51 matches. Each host city will see teams from at least two different groups, giving local fans variety throughout the tournament.
