The 2026 FIFA World Cup will be staged across North America, marking the largest edition in the tournament’s history.
Canada will host several matches, with Toronto and Vancouver serving as the country’s venues. The Canadian men’s national team will anchor Group B, playing matches on both coasts. Although each Group B nation will play at least once in Canada, the group’s schedule also stretches into the western United States. And while the U.S. and Mexico will host more games overall, Canadian supporters will still enjoy plenty of World Cup action.
With the field expanding to 48 teams — 32 of which will advance to the knockout rounds — this will be the biggest World Cup ever. Canada is guaranteed a spot, and its three group opponents will face the challenge of true away matches at points during the group stage.
